1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of gtmforhire.com, a job board and talent directory for go-to-market professionals. “We,” “us,” and “gtmforhire” refer to the operator identified below. “You” means the person using the service or the organisation they are authorised to represent.

Please read these terms before creating an account, submitting content, or purchasing an upgrade. Our Privacy Policy describes how personal information is handled. Nothing in these terms removes rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter the relevant agreement. If you act for a company, you must have authority to submit its information and make purchases for it.
Provide accurate information, use an email account you control, and keep sign-in links secure. You are responsible for your authorised activity and should notify us if you suspect misuse of your account. Verified email access is required to save profiles, publish jobs, and submit profile applications.
3. Talent profiles and applications
Creating a talent profile is free. Keep your experience, skills, availability, and portfolio accurate. Only include material you have permission to share. Public directory visibility is optional and can be changed in your profile settings.
Where a job accepts applications through gtmforhire, submitting an application sends that employer a copy of your profile, verified email address, and personal note. You review and confirm that sharing before submission. The copy remains separate from later profile edits or visibility changes. You can submit one profile application per role.
Other jobs use the employer’s external application link or email address. You are responsible for reviewing that recipient’s instructions and privacy information. We do not control external application systems.
A profile or application does not guarantee contact, an interview, a job offer, or employment. Hiring, compensation, eligibility checks, and any employment or services agreement are matters between you and the hiring organisation. gtmforhire does not employ candidates or process their wages.
4. Companies and job listings
A standard job listing is free for 30 days from publication, unless you close it earlier or it is removed under these terms. There is no automatic renewal. Companies may publish more than one legitimate opportunity, subject to reasonable posting and abuse-prevention limits.
You must have authority to recruit for the named company. Post genuine, current opportunities and accurately describe the work, employment type, eligible hiring regions, workplace arrangements, salary where provided, and how to apply. Salary ranges entered in the structured salary fields are in USD and must state whether they are monthly or yearly.
You are responsible for your hiring process, lawful and non-discriminatory selection, required pay transparency and employment disclosures, and handling applicant information lawfully. Use applications only for the recruitment purpose for which they were submitted; do not sell them or add candidates to unrelated marketing lists without a lawful basis.
Keep application destinations working and close roles that are filled or no longer available. Listings explicitly labelled “Demo” are fictional examples and do not accept applications. A brand appearing in a demo does not mean that company is hiring or endorses the site.
5. Optional paid upgrades and billing
There is no subscription or automatic renewal for the current job-listing upgrades.
Available upgrades include company-logo display, a highlighted listing, and pinned placement for 7 or 30 days. The posting flow shows the selected features, duration, currency, and price before purchase. Pinned roles share the top section of the board; purchasing a pin does not reserve a permanent first position.
Checkout supports USD and EUR. A location-based currency suggestion is a convenience; check the selected currency and final total before paying. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own conversion or transaction charges.
Stripe handles payment and invoicing. Paid features activate only after payment is confirmed and remain subject to the listing being open and eligible. Closing a listing prevents it being displayed even if an upgrade period has time remaining. Upgrades do not guarantee any number of views, applicants, interviews, or hires.
Your dashboard shows order status and provides access to available paid invoices. Cancelling an unpaid checkout does not remove a published free listing. Sandbox checkouts and listings are tests and do not create public paid placements.
6. Closing jobs, payment issues, and refunds
You can close a listing from your dashboard. Closing or deleting content does not itself reverse a completed payment or create an automatic refund.
If you believe you were charged twice, an upgrade was not supplied as described, or you have another billing concern, contact us with the order reference and a description of the issue. Do not send full card details. We review requests taking account of what was purchased, the service supplied, and applicable law, and provide any remedy required by law.
A full refund removes the associated paid upgrades while leaving the free listing subject to its original expiry and status. Payment disputes may suspend paid placement while they are resolved. Any mandatory consumer cancellation, withdrawal, or refund rights remain available; these terms do not waive them.
7. Acceptable use
Use the site for legitimate professional opportunities and recruitment. Do not:
- Post fake, deceptive, discriminatory, unlawful, or misleading jobs or profiles; impersonate a person or organisation; or misrepresent an affiliation.
- Use listings to demand application fees, collect payment credentials, run scams, distribute malware, or direct people to unrelated promotions.
- Harass users, publish other people’s confidential or personal information without authority, or submit content that infringes intellectual property rights.
- Access accounts or data without permission, bypass access controls or rate limits, manipulate paid placement, or interfere with the service.
- Harvest candidate details for unsolicited marketing or resell personal information obtained through the site.
The public RSS feed may be used to follow jobs and display attributed links to listings. This does not grant permission to republish talent profiles, application data, or entire job descriptions at scale, or to overload the service. Search-engine indexing of public pages is permitted subject to our crawl instructions.
8. Your content and our site
You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to store, format, reproduce, and display that content as needed to provide the features you request. For public profiles and listings, this includes their directory pages, search results, feed entries where applicable, and social previews. For applications, it includes delivering the submitted copy to the intended employer.
This permission is limited to operating and promoting your submitted profile or listing through those service features. Changing visibility or removing content ends its future public display by us, subject to necessary backups, legal retention, and copies already delivered through applications or external services. It does not give us ownership of your content.
The gtmforhire name, site design, and original site materials belong to their respective owners. Third-party company names, logos, and tools remain the property of their owners. Their inclusion does not imply a partnership or endorsement.
9. Moderation and account access
We may investigate reports, restrict content or account access, and remove listings or profiles when reasonably necessary to address a breach of these terms, fraud, unlawful content, security risks, or a legal requirement. Where appropriate and legally permitted, we will explain the reason and allow you to raise a concern. Urgent action may be needed before notice can be given.
To report a listing or challenge a restriction, use the contact details below and include the relevant page address and explanation. Paid status does not exempt content from these rules. Any remedy for a paid service affected by our action depends on the circumstances and applicable law.
10. The service and responsibility
We aim to keep the site useful and available, but availability may be affected by maintenance, technical problems, or third-party services. We do not independently verify every statement in a job or profile and cannot guarantee that a listing remains open or that a user’s claims are correct. Use your own judgement and make appropriate checks before sharing sensitive information or entering an agreement.
Employers are responsible for their jobs and hiring decisions; candidates are responsible for their profiles and applications. We are responsible for our own service as required by applicable law. We do not guarantee recruitment outcomes or the conduct of other users. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud or any liability or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Links to external sites are provided for convenience. Those sites and their owners are responsible for their own content, services, and terms.
11. Changes and applicable law
We may update these terms or features as the service develops. The version date appears at the top. Material changes will be communicated where required. A change will not retrospectively alter an already purchased upgrade or remove an accrued right without a lawful basis.
Applicable law determines your rights and any competent court or authority. These terms do not require arbitration, prevent you from contacting a regulator, or remove mandatory protections available in your country. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions apply to the extent permitted by law.
12. Contact and complaints
Use the operator’s contact details in section 1 for support, billing questions, content reports, or concerns about these terms. Include the relevant job URL or order reference so we can investigate. Privacy requests are explained in our Privacy Policy.
We encourage you to contact us so we can try to resolve an issue, but this does not restrict any right to seek a remedy directly from a court, regulator, or other body.
